I've got a couple of soft cases and a hard one.

The "S-Line" soft case you can find on ebay for under three quid just feels too bulky.

I've got a "frosted" gel case, which fits well and looks good, but I find it a little awkward to use the power button, and it makes the volume buttons too sensitive and easy to knock.

I have a cheap plain black rigid case, which is perfect to use. Got it on ebay, again under three quid. It doesn't cover the top or bottom, but its curved over the corners and edges. My only complaint would be that you can still see the white of the volume buttons through the opening.

I have a universal car holder with adjustable sliding bottom feet, and have positioned them so that I could superglue the usb power connector fixed into place so I can just drop the phone in - the side grips dont need to be tight as the charger keeps it steady. I used to do this years ago with old HTC phones, until they started putting the usb on the side. The holder itself was orginally a freebie from O2, but I think they have the same one in Halfords.

I've just ordered a cheap Galaxy S series dock - I know the usb is the wrong way round, so I'm hoping I can open it up and spin it round... if not, I will simply yank it out and use it as a static phone stand, or see if I can make the hole bigger and put a loose usb lead through it.
