When upgrading to this phone I expected a lot more apps from Google play to show up. Apart from flash player, for me anyway nothing much more is showing. Now as I have a old Samsung galaxy tab with a arm7 / 1ghtz pro, I get more apps showing on that then on thi

Try the market unlocker app, your phone needs to be rooted for that. It worked perfectly for me! My Play store list wasn't empty at all, but for some reason Gmail wasn't installed with the Gapps and I couldn't find it on the store. Using the market unlocker, I could download it from the store with 0 problems :)
