repo init -u git://codeaurora.org/platform/manifest.git -b jb -m M76XXUSNEKNLYA2510.xml

If you run the above you will pull down a Jellybean source specific to MSM7627A, MSM7227A, MSM7225A and MSM7625A.

I'm still working on the kernel source
