Here is the first custom recovery for the HTC Desire C. You need to have adb configured for this to work.

/*

* Your warranty is now void.

*

* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,

* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM

* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if

* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

*/

Connect your phone your PC using a USB Cable, then open up a command prompt. Type in the following command:

adb reboot bootloader

This should have rebooted your device into the bootloader, if it did not then you may not have the right drivers Then to flash the recovery type:

fastboot flash recovery clockworkrecovery.img

DOWNLOAD

SuperSu for those who want Root

DOWNLOAD

Choose 'Install zip from SD card'

To get power button to work as 'select' move up or down using the volume buttons until the notice "back menu button enabled" comes up.

Credits to Mitnik22 for spotting. This will be necessary every time you boot into recovery until such time as I find a fix.

After you have installed try my ROM :)

Hi!

Thanks for this custom recovery, had been waiting for one to appear. I've successfully followed your instructions.

Was the first time I installed a custom recovery. One thing I had to think of by myself was when Clockwork Rom Manager asked which version the custom recovery was, but I guessed the newer one would be the right choice and it was.

Additionally. I ran the commands you asked and got this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>adb shell cat /proc/em
