So I have a Dell XCD35.
And get boot logo is the Dell logo. Somehow its shifted a little to the right side. Which is really funny, but I want to set it back correct, or change it all together
Any tips?

I think you can change the splash screen logo when you use tpt helper (android market's your friend) to make a tpt.

I simply tried the search "Splash Screen Shifted" in Google and low and behold the top three results were MoDaCo threads that would be able to help you

OP I would suggest that you search in Google/MoDaCo before you post a new thread because chances are somebody has already had the same problem

Have you googled ZTE Blade splash screen shifted and used any of those modaco articles?
