Based on EU source non-NFC
Features:
VM_MAX_READAHEAD set to 1024
Reduce vfs_cache_pressure to 20
added simple I/O scheduler
Add Lionheart,Smartass2 GOVERNOR
Swap enabled
Perflock disabled
Init.d support
TUN
CIFS
UTF8
NTFS
And a lot of tweaks
