I am new to this, I have just got and Advent Vega, which we have flashed with HoneyIce, all works ok, but it keep freezing, can anyone help please.

And to be perfectly honest you are better flashing RC2 of Vegacream (ICS ROM) - its very solid and reliable and ICS is better than Honeycomb:
