Don't think so, should work on Gingerbread as well. I'll check the minsdk to be sure.

Add-on store works just fine for me (CM9-AOKP Remix, 4.0.4). Installed Adblock Plus to test and it works.

Fair enough. The target SDK is 14 (4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2), so it's possible they just haven't updated it for Jelly Bean yet.

Works on jelly bean, but uses a LOT of ram and slows the phone down massively.

You can fix the font problem by setting its size tiny in the settings. I find it to be awful though as it seems very unresponsive compared to Opera.
