It's more about the windows phone than anything. For android, it's a little quiet in here. There was a much bigger buzz on these forums in the early 2000's when Orange gave us the SPV (sound, pictures, video) smartphone & motorola had the MPX 200 & 220 (both windows). These were the true forerunners of what we have today.
I think it was actually HTC making the SPV range. motorola had a linux phone. You can see how things evolved.
