Budget phone dual and single sim ACER Liquid Gallant

I've been looking around for a replacement for my Zte Blade. I've looked at basicly all devices from 150 euros to 250 euros. Best specs I could find was the orange san diego, but lacking in root at this price didn't yet conviced me. After looking at: Huawei G300, ZTE Skate Aqua, Alcatel OT995, Huawei honor I have found a device that is quite interesting. The Acer Liquid Gallant duo. The device just came out yesterday in france ( I don't know about other country in europe), for now it's a dual sim version but in september a single sim should appear. Look a the specs:

1gb of ram
4gb of internal memory ( don't know if it's the same memory as the rom)
5 mpx camera with autofocus and led flash( can record 720p at 30fps)

No soft keys on the phone but actually in the screen Galaxy Nexus style ( rare enought to be underline)

For the price of 180 euros

So if you are looking for a dual sim phone ( people are saying that this could be the best dual phone out there) or looking for a budget phone with very nice specs this could be interesting. Tell me what you think.
