Hi
I have been following the guide below to unock my Vivacity but have got stuck on Step 13 -

It tells me the COM port I downloaded the .qcn file from is not enabled an it won't letme enable it - I get a message saying it is not working or may be busy. Can anyone suggest what to do?
I tried reconnecting the phone, restarting QPST, restarting the phone and no luck. I have checked the COM port undr device manager and itsays it is working correctly.
