how I can unlock the ram i know the chinese version only have 256 but my cel only have 167mb hoy i can unlock the rest of memory

(sorry for my bad english)

Sorry buddy you can't do so because rest of the RAM has been used by android system. So you have to live with the free ram as said by you.
