Today i tried to reproduce the wifi bug and, sadly (figuratively speaking), i could not. I didn't have much time to spare, later in the weekend i will try again, after a full titanium backup restore and a full day of regular use. Last time took  like 15 minutes to reproduce, though.

Anyway the amazon appstore bug is easily reproduced: just log in the app (even using random e-mail/password), the page will refresh and start showing the bug. See attached picture.

Hello again, after a full week of regular use the wi-fi bug never appeared. Black magic fixed the issue.
I flashed several times before the last one, wiping everything everytime and restoring apps and data everytime, and this time the always-present issue just vanished. No apparent reason.

I'm really happy with this rom, is nearly perfect now but I'm sorry i couldn't help whose continue to get this issue. I'll post again if the bug ever reappears.

Fantastic ROM! Been using it for a while now. However, I do have an issue when charging. The backlight doesn't turn off. Is there a fix for this? Also, how easy is it to move the clock back to the right of the notification bar?

There is an option on to turn that off.
Go to Settings/Development Settings uncheck Stand-By option.

I would also like to know how to restore the clock to the original position, as regards the rom, i run this on my work phone which gets only a little use, and the battery lasts 4 days at a time. awesome, and rock solid stable too.

Sorry I was unclear. I meant when the phone is switched off but charging. The back light stays on and shows the full charged battery icon. However when I tap the power button it shows the charging icon. When the backlight should turn off it returns to the full charge icon and the backlight stays on.

Yep, many path to include/oem/*.h are wrong, you have to fix them.
There's also some hard linking path that need to be fixed.

automatic rotation of the screen lock also works after removing the automatic rotation.
and i don't see the debug icon in the corner of the screen.
these are the bugs?

sometimes google music crash if i try to open a shortcut with a playlist.


question : you release a version of jb for this phone?

Why with this rom my lockscreen is always in landscape mode? Also if i've disabled automatic rotation...

I have some problems with this ROM , even though i have properly set APN it cannot connect to GPRS or 3G
The phone does not even display the small G/H sign on the signal bar to indicate DATA activation

Getting my 3g to connect takes like 5 to 10 min on my phone after waiting, the sign icon changes but not before that. Have you tried waiting a while?
Don't know about the GPRS, never used it and my phone is now back to stock rom for repair.

Hello today I managed to install you ROM, ok, version 1.5.2, by downloading one custom kernel on the net. Otherwise, it couldn't start, I got the message "fastboot mode".

Now I would like to make my own kernel (because I need USB OTG), so got the file with the kernel from acer, but in the file HOW_TO_BUILD.TXT, they say  we must first get "device" and "vendor" folder from Qualcomm. Do you know where I can get that ?

You can skip this step. It's usefull only when building android, not when compiling kernel only.
