Someone said they got one in Ireland. Haven't heard of any in UK stores. I think very.co.uk still have a 30 quid refund for new credit account customers even if you pay in full. See hotukdeals

Following the death of my HTC Desire, I bought one on very .co.uk this morning - £104 including postage and 8% off via topcashback.

Due to arrive tomorrow so if it does on time I'll report back...

all irish vodafone stores have them in black/grey, same story in VF online store.I don't think you can actually buy it in white in Ireland, not sure if they ship abroad.

I wonder if there's any way of getting the black irish version for £70? I live in the north and could cross the border to pick one up. But not at £100.

you get 20e off if u switch from other network, i went to tesco and bought sim card for 2,5e, 17,5e saved :D

It arrived, but it's the white version. I sent it back, the lady on the phone agreed the description said grey, said it must have been a packing error and offered to send a new one out - which arrived today, but it's also white.

The box says silver. The advert says grey. Probably partly my fault, but there is ambiguity about the colours...

To be fair, Very are excellent in accepting two returns even though I've opened the boxes.

Guess you didn't want a credit account. I just set one up, paid in full, got my £30 back then cancelled account

Did you have to ring up to cancel the account or could you do it online, and how long did it take to get the £30 back? Also was it paid back direct to your current account?

Thinking of doing this to get a replacement for my borked one. £30 off should take the sting out of it a bit.

As much as I have reservations about getting another, I have looked around and there's still nothing better price wise than this phone coupled with a Giff Gaff sim.

They refunded £30 within days via credit card. There's an option to pay by credit card without using credit.

To cancel, e-mail [email protected] or write to Shop Direct Finance Company Limited, Customer Support Team, Sandringham House, Sandringham Avenue, Chelmsford, CM92 1LE.
