Any advantage to ICS only launchers?

Considering upgrading my Orange San Diego from Android 2.3.7 to ICS via Xolo download.
I presently use Holo Launcher but is there any performance advantage to using say Apex Launcher which is ICS only? Or do they have access to features that Holo doesn't?
