Update failed :(

It is checking for build.prop for AZ210A 2.3.7

Will need to mod build.prop

I think you going to have to flash the recovery.img to get it to flash

Can you remind me how I do that lol

Through fastboot ?

So take the recovery.img from orange update and fastboot -i 0x8087 flash recovery recovery.img

So at the droidbot I do this, I thought I need to go into bootloader for fastboot ?

OK I put the recovery in my fastboot folder and done the command, but I think my fastboot is rusty so I done something wrong lol

Lol I though you talking about the first android man before you push power + volume up to enter bootloader.

Anyway back on topic, basically my fastboot sucks so the command is not working ;)

LOl that was it, I had adb setup on variable and I put fastboot in that folder which for some reason not working ?

Anyway, used fixbrick and worked straight away, recovery sent OK

So now try the update yes ?

Shall I flash from recovery ?

Installing....


Crap it wants the build.prop for orange gingerbread still

I try editing build.prop and see if it works. From what it says in recovery it looks like it only wants fingerprint

so I changing to= intel/AZ210A/AZ210A:2.3.7/AZ210A_GB_01.01I/eng.svnadmin.20120503.143655:user/release-keys
ro.ibuild.revision=3066

Doesn't work even if build.prop is edited. It runs some "apply_patch_check"  before installing and it fails...
