Anyone using Ubuntu or basically and debian based distro , and you cant transfer files to the phone ?

just open a terminal and install this little package ..

sudo apt-get install gmtp

Its a little app that allows file transfers to and from the phone . A little bit quirky , but it does the trick .

Look for gmpt in the apps menu to launch it :)

My OSD wouldn't mount and I didn't like the look of GMTP... so I just used AirDroid :)
