Is there any custom ROM that will make the Racer to broadcast a infrastructure signal during hotspot mode?

Any help is much appreciated.

What ROM are you using on your Racer??

If it's Cyangenmod based then try - https://play.google....oid.wifi.tether (with Blade profile to enable WPA2 encryption).
