Memory Help

Hi all

I need some help with the memory on my Vega.  I have a 16Gb mirco-sd card in but I seem to be only able to use half the memory.  Therefore whenever i get an app update it fails as i get a "couldn't install on USB storage or SD card".

Anybody got any thoughts?
