Help me find a new device!

Hello there,

I'm thinking about searching for a new phone but I don't know where to start looking. My previous devices include the Samsung Galaxy Europa and currently the Orange San Francisco II (ZTE Crescent), I'm interesting in flashing clockworkmod and flashing ROMs so a decent development section is crucial for me. I want to a budget armv7 device- Something well under the £200 mark would be great. It needs to have a half decent camera (5MP+, auto focus, flash), a decent community behind it, something that is available from the United Kingdom (I don't want to be ordering from other countries) and sim-free would be great but I don't mind unlocking it myself if the procedure isn't too much work.

Any ideas?
