I found this awesome application that use ADB to transfer file from/to Linux PC and CloudMobile.
It's really faster than crappy MTPLink and istructions here

Ubuntu 13.04 has MTP support now

For those who don't have Ubuntu 13.04, you can use gMTP. Just sudo apt-get install gMTP, connect the phone, open gMTP on your linux computer and hit "connect" (it will take a couple of seconds to connect).
