Sorry I haven't read the whole thread but I would like to know whether I can use this script on a 2GB microsd with a 512MB of ext4 partition for the internal data mounting?

Thanks :P

Higher class SD cards have better transfer speeds but only when dealing with small number of large files. Lower class perform better on large number of smaller files. This is because access times are better on lower class SD cards. Transfer speed on higher class SD cards is at the cost of higher access times.
This means that class 6 and 4 will perform better than class 10 cards when dealing with large number of small files.

It takes about 5 minutes.Something has gone wrong.
Have you partitioned correctly?Have you done full wipe?
Do wipe cache and dalvik cache.Reboot.
Please write some more!
