Buttons won't work

I don't know why but my bottom buttons have stopped working. It wasn't dropped or anything, they just don't respond.

Anyway to sort this?

Tried turning phone off and on, and tried factory reset.

They started working again.

Then they messed up.

Think it was after I plugged in the charger.
