Bought phone about a month ago

Switched to giffgaff

Upgraded to ICS from gingerbread

Working fine

Buttons started playing up

Factory reset

Still playing up, came back now and then.

Factory reset again

Now the touchscreen doesn't work so can't start my setup

I don't have the receipt to send phone back, any help?

Sounds like the touchscreen firmware update wasn't applied during the upgrade to ICS.

I've been using ics for a couple weeks

Is there anyway to get it reverted back to default? I can only use the startup loader menu to do anything
