When did you download? About a hour before I put this thread up there was a broken build up that had an issue like that, try redownloading.

you say "upgraded by the official ics process" i was using infusion and have just installed the most up to date stock rom, am i ok to go ahead and install?

Cyda, I had the same problem, but once the battery is removed and replaced, no problem, wifi not freeze over

ok after leaving it for a bit it rebooted itself and now the wifi is working. odd.

How did you manage to turn it on again? I just get stuck in boot screen even after deleting cache.

Some wierd stuff going on with mine, after pulling the battery I got a couple of restarts during boot and when it rebooted it won't connect to my wifi. I can see the wifi but it doesn't connect.

Going to try wipe and reflash.

Well I guess my next priority really is to push for hard Wi-Fi fixes. That seems to be hurting people the most.

Thanks Daz. I can't even get mine connected to my Wifi. It was a hidden network but I've tried broadcasting the SSID and changing channel but it still won't connect. It can see the router and I can add the password but it never connects. This is the same after a wipe and reinstall too.

Yeah I've had wifi reboot once. Just going to train myself to keep it switched on. It's really not that big an issue. I'm so impressed.

Edit looks like other people have the wifi issue much worse than me
