It has even a better processor than my Orange Monte Carlo. Anyway, I think the main problem with it now, is the unlocking. I couldn't find a way to unlock it for free by now. Guest Posted January 6, 2013 Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 rooted mine, can't remember which link i got the stuff to root it with, it was a simple thing to do. making it sim-free is now possible with some direct unlock (usb) software, no unlock code generator is available yet. We just need someone to create a custom rom with stock android 2.3.7 instead of the widgets and junk alcatel put on it, especially their horrible keyboard. Don't know what's wrong but I've seen in a number of other threads/forums people after this. It's a great little phone and definetly worth the money, but no CWM recovery is really holding it back at the moment. I've seen your work on here before so I'm sure you can get us a CWM recovery if you put your mind to it, but I appreciate you may not have the time for this..thanks.
