Hi Guys
Since 2 days ago I am getting this message the the phone shuts down. I left It off for a few hours and tried again. Same problem
Any ideas?

Faulty battery. Received a replacement for £6.00, working well

Is it over heating do you mean? What rom are you on and are you over clocked? If so what governor is being used? I presume battery is dying quickly also

Its a message that appears on the screen before the phone automatically shuts down. I was using the Samsung ROM when this started happening. I then flashed the latest infusion rom, same problem. Then tried stock ICS, again the same happens.

Over clock? see are there any apps that will show various temps on the phone

This issue is usually caused by overclocking  the back heats up and phone freezes or reboots. Try lowering the o.c level

Not overclocked. And it happens when the phone has been left off for several hours. Usually happens within 5 minutes after booting

Do you use CM9, Infusion, stock or any other ROM? If stock, it could be a hardware fault.

Ah, I see. /me blind. :-) Try to downgrade to stock gingerbread if it happens there too. If so, RMA it.

BTW it does not power off while in clockworkmod mode
