Infusion OTA updates fail - unable to find file even though it's there

I try to apply the OTA update but after restarting, an error comes up saying that the update zip cannot be found ("file or folder does not exist"). When I browse to that location manually in FileExpert, I see that the file does indeed exist.

make sure your default storage is set to SDcard

Thanks. I tried this but it doesn't help. On investigation, I found that the 'default storage location' reverts back to 'internal storage' each time I restart the phone. Is that normal?
