Nexus 7 3G - backup / restore from WiFi version?

Decided to take the plunge and order a 3G Nexus 7. I currently have the N7 32GB WiFi only version. Just wondering how to go about transferring all my apps and settings to the 3G version from the WiFi one. I'm guessing a Nandroid restore to the N7 3G from a backup taken on N7 WiFi would be a bad move - is this a fair assumption? Is Titanium Backup the way to go? Any thoughts / tips / tricks would be appreciated.
