Please help me - I don't want to install new rom, I just want to install OC Kernel (better performance for CPU and battery).

So please explain to me HOW TO DO IT.

have a read of Frankish's guide, you may have to root and install cwm recovery and flash the kernel via cwm .enjoy :)
