I just bought Acer Gallant few days ago. And this is my first time using ICS,i think this would be a newbie's question:  Now, I have 7 home screens, but i think I only need 3 home screen. I wonder how to adding/deleting unused Home Screen??

On the stock launcher you can't change the number of home screens. Install nova or apex launcher.
