If the BBC don't care about such things, it can't be a licensing requirement. I think Sky are just being far too precious about content. No-one is going to rip content from a mobile device are they!? The content is already available elsewhere almost always if it is worth having. Wonder if it works with userdebug build (So you need to adb root first).
