Devices:Jiayu G3 (Blackberry for work)

Hi everyone. I've got a Jiayu G3 which is on pretty much stock ICS and I would like to organise all my apps into folders etc but it doesnt have the ability to do so. Can anyone recommend something that will let me do this? Thanks
