Hi everyone! I am using L3 e 400R i guess....so i have blurred screen(inverted colours) on all other firmwares ! But have normal colours on STOCK firmware! My stock is 10f ! I am from Kazakhstan (CIS) . And as  i see (read) that screen is not blurred only with your STOCK ROM 10f ( CIS ) for me , and 10 n ( and all others) that means it's about REGION. So we cannot change firmware, cause of region! And as i know  CM9 is Europe. So for us we need CM9 (CIS) , CM9 ( all other countries) rofl...based on OUR COUNTRY STOCK....this is my assumptions! Sorry for my bad English...(thanks to google translator) ! If  I AM WRONG please let me know....and please guys Let's solve this problem with Screen...Because i can not sleep ( without good firmware rofl)

It has nothing to do with region, more like some hardware incompatibility.
