I found no more appropriate place.
a friend of mine purchased a GOCLEVER tab a971 and recently hung up and never called, I told him he could have burned or something like that, but it loads and signal, simply press the button when he's not on the no signal.
Anyone know how to solve the problem?

factory settings or bring it in service... i have go cleaver a73 and i service it under warranty 4 times in 2 mounth,  at the end they replace with new one few days ago...
