Probably can't be done, but is there any way of getting the ICS camera app on the stock GB? It looked nice (and do I remember that it takes better pics, more importantly?), but I didn't like anything else about the 5 min I spent on ICS while trying to unlock my phone...

Get camera ICS from the play store. It costs money, but it is an exact replica of the ice cream sandwich camera. It has the panorama functions too. The same developer also has an app called camera JB which looks like the ICS camera, but with more animations and a built in gallery.

Here's another FREE option. Download this camera.apk I uploaded for you:

And use a root explorer to drop this into system/app. Reboot, and hopefully you should have the ICS camera. I havent tried it myself, but it wont harm you phone. Its worth a try :)
