I don't think so, the display unit is a Galaxy Nexus, which is quite a good phone. Armv6 platform is almost dead, so I imagine no

It is based on the Android kernel, so I wouldn't completely rule it out. Let's just say it's really unlikely.

ZTE Skate // SlimBean // 4.2.2
ZTE Crescent (P736E) // CM9 // 4.0.4

It's as unlikely as ICS was, let's just say that. We'll have to wait until February to see if they've included any armv6 parts as they will release the source along with the GNex image. *waits anxiously *
Current Phone:
Xperia T
Previous Phones:
Orange Monte Carlo
Nokia 5530 XpressMusic (Nokia C6-00 CFW)
Sony Ericsson v640i
Nokia 3120
Various other Nokia phones.

Lol. How did I know this thread was going to come up?
Short answer: possibly.
Long answer: razmatazz is right. ARMv7 assembly code will be key in this whole thing. Similarity to android code will also be a major point. If we can just use our ICS/JB drivers we could be sorted.

Amaaaaaaaaaaazing
It does look pretty nice, though I'm not sure how many people would actually use it as their daily driver. Remember, it doesn't run Android apps.
I would probably leave it on mine just so I could fiddle with development and such.

I've tried FFOS. Its tricky as there's a lot of armv7 assembly code. Ff are working toward v6 compatibility.
