when will release next version with the toggles?

Well sssingletrack is going to try the zip I made, if it works, there should be toggles. Then I will upload a new version of lightning (or probably make a flashable zip.

great.i am currently using b952 voda release was wonderimg if should try this or merijam by the james.i wonder which one would be better.

Well i'm not going to comment on the work of others, or compare my work with theirs. It would be rude ;)

Just try both ROMs, and whatever one you like, stick with it :P

Here is a comparison of both ROMs so YOU can decide:

Lightning ROM:

Based on B952 By Cyda

PaulMilBanks Kernel

Pre-Rooted (Super-SU)

Zipaligned

AwesomeBeats™ By ...Awesome...

Sony Bravia Engine 2™

No Caller ID Lag (Confirmed by sssingletrack)

JB Transitions

JB sounds

JB Ringtones, Notification Tones, And Alarms

Nexus-Style Lock Ring

Some Icons Modified

All ICS LWPs And Static Wallpapers

Stock ICS Camera (800x480 recording)

Volume Rocker Wake

Tweaked Build.prop

Init.d Tweaks

Latest JB Library Files

Stripped Most Google Apps (Except the Play Store of course ;))

FM-Radio

More App Compatibility (Changed Device Name To Desire HD)

Overclocking (Stable at 1228MHz)

Custom Bootanimation

Custom Easter Egg

Meija ROM:

- Improved battery life

- Improved performance

- New OC Kernel up to 1306mhz (stable 1229mhz)

- updater script modded

- build.prop modded

-.Added init.d tweaks

- JB transitions

- DTS enabled

- Improved jpeg images quality

- Camrecorder at 800x480

- Pre-rooted

- Gapps on it

- Sounds from Android 4.2 (Nexus 4)

- Added No Frills CPU Control

- Added Goo Manager app for OTA updates and more.

Erased too many apps, if you want some of then just download it from Google Play.

Hopefully this will help.

As far as I can remember, Cyda`s B952 is Vodafone`s one.

You should have use Global B952

I did use the global version. He made a worldwide repack too.

I can confirm working root! Just use the method I posted on the OP.

I made a NEW zip which works, but the P1 launcher doesn't seem to work, and the toggles are not showing either. However, the clock and messages work :). I checked the system app file to see if HwToolBox.apk and HwLauncher6.apk were actually there, and they were. I think the original Huawei launcher needs to be deleted for the new one to work. As for the toggles, I have no idea

Proof of clock and messaging

Proof of HwToolBox.apk and HwLauncher6.apk

let me know which one is best one to use.im on orignal voda release.

Fastest in my opinion is this, most user friendly is Meija(has toggles) and cutting edge is cm10(but slightly unstable)

I was running cm10 for a few days and its fine until you need to pay for an item on eBay through the app and it closes etc. Which happens on a few apps. That's expected though.

This rom is great for speed, with built in toggles it would be perfect.

Hope that helps you, it all depends on your needs.

I am running Meija on my phone at the moment, however I'll be switching back to this once toggles are added(I don't like the market place offerings)

Did you read my previous post with both lightning ROM and Meija features? That might help you to decide.

To get the notification toggles working you need to flash this.

http://www.mediafire...rop14jxgraaaffc

Credit to elperroderoke.

You then have to do factory reset wipe data in cwm then reboot.

You can install the HWToolbox and launcher from the P1 as a normal apps to try then uninstall if you prefer the normal toggles.

HERE is the link

Install via CWM, then wipe data/factory reset. This will obviously reset the phone, so backup your apps and settings.
