First of all it is a DIY

Soft keys are on screen keys like in galaxy nexus
they help in saving the juice
also it looks nice

Building from source requires a high end pc

Now if I can just find the mmap in the cm9 source, camera may work in ICS

It is a DIY (do it yourself)
