So, you do not want widgets, and notification menu? Or are you just bored?
Coz making an iOS clone would mean taking out features we do have. I also suggest miui, the closest you CAN get right now. But who knows... maybe you'll find someone who would see something in your request. Cheers!

I'll just do not Rum, so I ask the developers really need .. On android 4.x.x it would look a lot better than android 2.3.7 ....
I'm still not sure what you mean.
MIUI looks very similar to iOS and there's a 4.1.2 port of MIUI right here on this forum.

I mean port iPhone Rom JOYOS 1.1.4 on android 4.x.x on Russian ...
Ah, I see.
Unfortunately JoyOS doesn't seem to exist on 4.x in any form, and I very seriously doubt they released the source - we'd need that to port it to 4.x.

Isn't it supposed to look like iOS, so the looks wouldn't change much if you upgrade it to JB..
If you look joyos up, you'll notice that the website doesn't exist anymore (it used to be http://www.joyos.cn), so there's not going to be a new version of that rom. If anyone were to make a new version it would need to be from scratch. But have you given MIUI a try now? There are several themes that make it look even more like iOS (like this one that looks pretty nice http://droidviews.co...jb-translated/#). I never used MIUI, but it should work.

Look mate, multiple people have explained to you that it's not going to happen. I'm sorry, just use one of the existing ROMs.
