The 10312BK firmware can be downloaded from http://geminidevices...312bk-v4010.exe

Run this file which will create a folder on your desktop called Joytab 10312BK

Inside this folder is the software you need to apply the update and the new ROM. Run the program LiveSuitPack_version_1.09.exe. This will install the drivers and unpack the flashing software.

From this point you can follow the guide from the 7012 as its the same process. The guide can be found here:

http://geminidevices...hing-joytab.pdf

Pressing the button 6 times (step 5) can be a bit awkward and may take a few attempts.

Thank you for providing the links. Is this firmware allright to use for the dual-core version of Joytab 10312BK? Not sure whether the dual-core version is called rev2? Also, does this firmware contain root and superuser?
