not sure that was very clear, will try to explain a bit better
so phone memeory is 1.7gb want to swap this with the memeory card of 32gb what would happen to all of the applications which are installed on the phone superuser etc would they stop working? should i uninstall them all then reinstall onto the 32gb once swapped?

No, SU is system app. 1.7gb can't be swapped, but 10.7gb can be

will i need to uninstall/move to phone everything on the 10.7gb i have installed since flashing the ROM before doing this ? ( i am guessing yes)
