Probably. Did you update gapps? Did you reinstall Apex Launcher? These things happen when you upgrade OS version. I wouldn't OTA from CM10 or CM9, but it's possible. The download speed is terrible :P I'm gonna do full wipes as i'm installing it from lightning ROM, I would advise anyone to do full wipes as it ensures a bug free installation.
