I have tried searching but I can't find it.

My camera is only working now for about 5 seconds at a time before it crashes. Sometimes it just doesn't connect to the camera.

Stephen, Can you explain exactly what happens?
At first, my camera wouldn't connect. Then the secondary camera would be available (about a week after).
Next, the primary camera became available on the odd occasion, however, whenever I used it, it would lag a lot. Then after a few seconds, lines would go across the screen and the screen would brighten up until it was white and then crash. Whenever I used the video camera, it would not let me end the film with the primary camera.
Now I can't open the primary camera.
Are you having the same problem?
There hasn't been any physical damage.

Just wait. Give it a day then try some video recording in good lighting with the rear 8mp camera. Then tell me what happens please?
