Nothing interesting there.... Is it a soft reboot to bootanim or full reboot? If soft then there must definitely be something in the log cat. If hard reboot then it's most likely hardware related.
Aren't you over clocked too much? What method of increasing internal memory do you use?

It was not reboot. It was after 4h of work with my device.

Gapps package updated for the latest Play Store and Google Play Services.
1) uninstall updated play store and play services from data partition (if present)
2) install new gapps package in clockworkmod. No wipes needed.

Only different from you is int2ext. I dont know too. Maybe some of processes is missing in my rom?

Latest Google now is great finally got gmail cards :D I also got excited as I installed chrome on a whim, it loaded then said it was missing critical system files and or isn't compatible with my version of android. Oh well.
