Guest acer- Posted March 15, 2013 Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 (edited) Its not the bubble notification that is causing any problem ... the data counter and layout modifications are the real culprit :o The app seems to be compiling properly now but whenever i flash it (can't push via adb as to.secure=1) the app is not getting installed So basically no settings app Edit : if you don't want the Acer shell change the lines. Guest acer- Posted March 16, 2013 Report Share Posted March 16, 2013 I think I have found the culprit (not sure though) I was signing the apk to with a key which was valid only till Dec '10 (strange) Also I think/heard system apks retain their Signature so I am going to compile two apks and trying them BUT NOT NOW My Final exam is going on It basically started from Feb 26 and will end on March 26 I had a 17 gap between two papers and so was working on the rom Now time to get back to study ;) Will upload the settings app if i get time Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
