i can recommend both Apex and Nova launcher. you can find them in the play store, and they both have a pro/feature rich paid version, but you can easily live with the free one.

I usually go with Holo Launcher or Holo Launcher HD, it's very smooth... on devices with limited cpu/ram I suggest Zeam Launcher... very simple, very light

Isn't the G300 exactly one of those devices with limited cpu/ram?

Nova Prime all the way. Plus increase animation speed in its settings to make it super smooth. ;)

Have you tried that launcher, actually?
I remember you judging rom quality by measuring its size :)

"For me its much better thebn both. Just compare those roms in sizes,
meijas b10 is 50mb smaller the lightning rom."

Well, I also have a Samsung Galaxy Pocket with a 800mhz CPU, no GPU and 256mb of ram... there are also many low-end devices around with 600mhz CPU and 192Mb of ram... that I would call "limited" :D
