Download gapps from the link
Download some mods from my google drive, if you want to apply some

Please tweak the background a bit more, as I see the on right screenshot the text is hardly readable.

Dont worry, the boxes are just disabled because i installed the rom 10 mins before i took screenshots, so i have not setup s2e, and boxes are disabled. Normally text looks like in settings screenshots!

I think a lot more apps have disabled settings, not just s2e. While the blue looks awesome, the light blob makes the whole thing hard to read. Maybe you could try modifying the disabled preference color, then.
And I also think that this should be done as a standalone theme for the theme engine if possible.

Its not possible to make this theme, but i think updating from latest daemond cm10 without data wipe is enough, havent tested  mut it should work

Why don't you just make a theme for CM's build-in theme engine? Easier for you to make and test. And because most of the people want the original ROM from the developer, more people will use your theme.

I think that the rom should fit to 160 mb partition.

Yes, UI sounds ( /system/media/audio/ui).  Makes your phone sound like a tricorder :) .

The keyboard sounds like a starship sonsole when you write a message.
Also ringtones/notifications/alarms can be added:

http://www.franksrad...ds/incoming.wav
http://www.franksrad...utodestruct.wav

It was just an ideea... You can test the ones I use but you can pick others as well - maybe simpsons ?!
