I test a lot of ROMs mostly the ones from Dazzozo but I always loose all my Apps and my data, is there any App that backs everything up and restores it after a new clean ROM flash, I would be willing to even buy a paid App if it's very good.

'GO backup' works fine for me. its fast, simple & saves data aswell

Cool i will try that one out, im the same person but that one is the pc account and this is the account on my phone from the modaco app

Another vote for GoBackUp and/or Titanium - They will also back up things like WiFi passwords and the icon layout of your menu screen

I'm use Super Backup (available for free @ playstore).

It backsup apps, sms, contacts, calls registry, calendar and browser favorites. Very simple tool. Very clean, easy and nice.

For more complex backup, use Titanium backup or Rom Toolbox Pro.
