Just wondering how many of us on the UK don't have the OTA update yet.

I'm stock everything and still waiting

Try the following, admittedly I applied this to my Stock Nexus 7 3G but I'm sure this should work on most devices.

1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> All

2. Find Google Services Framework.

3. Tap on Force Stop.

4. Select Clear Data.

5. Head back to the Settings, go to About, and check for a System Update.

EDIT: I forgot to answer your question, I awoke yesterday 14.02.13 to a system update ready for installation but as I am running MCR I didn't take the option to install that.

Tried that on my stock Nexus 4 (4.2.1) and it didn't see an update.
Also tried it on wifi and 3g and with a reboot.  I guess we just have to wait.

You could wait...
... or you could sideload the original OTA update from links in the following xda thread http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=2145848

Thank you, I had missed that option but I think I'll leave it until the effects of this Sauvignon Blanc wears off to try it :D

boozy flashing always strikes me as a good idea at the time, then i usually end up with a bit of a mess to tidy up the next day...

Update dropped sometime Friday evening.

Considered the sideload option but decided to wait it out cos I wanted to see how long it would take and how it would work in practice.

Was getting impatient tho so now my macbook has adb on it lol
